Use Edemy for learning and instruction. Do not share accounts or upload copyright-restricted material.
Certificates & Credits
Certificates are issued strictly upon satisfying course criteria and completing assignments.
Suspension Policy
Accounts violating academic honesty or engaging in harassment may be terminated.
01. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, registering for courses, or using the Edemy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use our services.
These terms govern your access to and use of all parts of the Edemy platform, including live streaming classes, AI tutoring services, discussion boards, and certificate issuance mechanisms.
02. Description of Services
Edemy is a web-based training platform offering online courses, live classroom streaming, automatic grading modules, gamification scoring, and custom artificial intelligence tutoring models.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including course syllabus updates, virtual room configurations, or AI model endpoints, without prior notice.
03. Account Integrity
When you create an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password.
- Preventing unauthorized access to your account by third parties.
- Promptly notifying us of any breach of security or unauthorized account activity.
04. Intellectual Property
The Edemy software, including logo, user interface designs, layouts, graphics, database schemas, and AI tutoring prompts, is the exclusive property of Edemy. Course materials, video recordings, assignments, and notes uploaded by teachers remain their respective intellectual property but are licensed to Edemy for delivery and hosting.
Students are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial educational use. Copying, republishing, or redistribution of course content is strictly forbidden.
05. Academic Honesty
By enrolling in courses on Edemy, you pledge to submit only work that is yours. Plagiarism, sharing exam answers, utilizing unauthorized external AI models to solve assignments (unless explicitly permitted), or hacking quizzes constitutes a breach of terms.
Warning: Violating academic integrity will trigger an automated audit. Confirmed violations will result in immediate revocation of related certificates and may cause account termination.
06. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Edemy, its directors, employees, partners, or content providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the platform. Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
